My name is Egle but you can call me Emma—it's easier to pronounce! I moved to the United States over five years ago from a small country in Central Europe to pursue my American dream. I am incredibly grateful for my beloved husband, who is not only my amazing partner but also a talented sales professional. His unwavering support has been invaluable as I embark on this exciting journey of starting a party rental business. Born and raised in Northwest Indiana, he comes from a wonderful family that we stay closely connected with.
This unexpected business opportunity has truly been a blessing, and I can't wait to see where it takes us! I earned my Master degree in Law back in Europe, never imagining that I would one day run my own small family business overseas. Life took an unexpected turn, and here I am, continuing a path I never anticipated.
It all began while planning my baby’s first birthday party—something every mom knows is a monumental occasion! Like majority of us I had a few criteria: affordability, great quality and simple ordering! Navigating the Marketplace can be a tricky experience. I initially fell victim to a few scammers, which took me a while to realize was a waste of time. After reaching out to several local businesses, I encountered a mix of responses. Some companies seemed genuine, while others raised red with their out-of-country numbers and unprofessional communication. It made me realize the of vetting potential rental services carefully. However, I eventually found a local business that seemed professional and offered reasonable pricing. Everything was going well until I was asked to provide a copy of my driver’s license and other personal information that made me uncomfortable. Trusting my instincts, I decided to look for another local business instead. Finally! I found a reliable provider, it was worth the effort, to ensure I got the quality I was looking for. While they were easier to deal with, I was disappointed to find that all the equipment arrived dirty, stained with candle wax that I couldn't clean off. The chairs seemed like they had never been washed, and I can't even begin to discuss the lack of disinfection that should be standard practice. It made me realize that there must be a better way to ensure higher quality and easier handling process.
